Terms of Service

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area / UK) to create an account. Users under the age of majority must have parent or guardian permission.

1.2. One Account Per Person: Each individual user is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) CashLoot account. Creating multiple accounts or utilizing shared accounts is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraud.

1.3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and survey participation.

To preserve survey integrity, advertiser quality, and protect our market research partners (including CPX Research, Notik, GemiAd, and others), CashLoot enforces zero-tolerance anti-fraud algorithms. The following activities will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• VPNs, Proxies & Tor: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPN), residential proxies, Tor nodes, or IP masking software is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Tools & Bots: Utilizing scripts, bots, autoclickers, or headless browsers to generate fake offer completions or survey answers.
• Virtual Machines & Emulators: Running the platform inside rooted emulators (BlueStacks, Nox, etc.) or spoofed devices to manipulate device telemetry.
• Fraudulent Survey Answering: Speeding through survey questionnaires, deliberately providing inconsistent demographic responses, or failing attention-check trap questions.
• Chargebacks & Postback Tampering: Attempting to replay, forge, or exploit server-to-server (S2S) postback requests.

3.1. CashLoot collaborates with premium global market research partners, such as CPX Research (Make Opinion GmbH), to deliver rewarded surveys to our community.

3.2. When you engage in a survey, you are subject to the survey qualification criteria set by the respective research partner. Survey availability, qualification rates, and rewards are determined dynamically based on your demographic suitability.

3.3. Advertisers reserve the right to review survey completions. If a partner invalidates a completion due to speeding, invalid answers, or fraudulent traffic, the associated coins will be reversed.

4.1. Coins Value: CashLoot utilizes an internal virtual points currency ("Coins"). The standard platform exchange rate is 1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD.

4.2. Minimum Cashout: Users may request a withdrawal once their balance reaches the minimum cashout threshold of 500 Coins ($0.50 USD).

4.3. Payout Methods: Withdrawals are processed via verified payout channels, including Cryptocurrencies (LTC, USDT, Bitcoin), PayPal, and digital gift cards.

4.4. Security Auditing: All withdrawal requests undergo automated anti-fraud checks and manual auditing by platform admins within 12 to 48 hours to ensure compliance with network policies.

CashLoot reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any account, without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, proxy use, abuse of referral bonuses, or breach of these terms. Forfeited balances resulting from fraud will not be refunded or reinstated.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CashLoot and its third-party offerwall partners make no warranties that survey feeds will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available in every geographical region.
